As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ben Meyer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Outbound calling to prospects & leads.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Use a customer needs-based approach to multiline and deepen customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in sales preferred.
