The role requires close collaboration with HR professionals to facilitate onboarding, training, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. By efficiently handling day-to-day administrative duties, the Administrative Assistant enables the HR team to focus on strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
