A company is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Upload job attachments and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Maintain job tracking and communicate any risks or issues affecting the jobs
Assist in training and coaching of Construction Support Specialists and co-conduct client meetings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience supporting operations in a construction department
Previous administrative experience in Cable TV is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) is required
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
Possess a valid driver's license
