Housing Services Manager
Housing Services Managers oversee all on-campus housing services, which include housing assignments, camp and conference services, and Commons Desk Operations.
Minimum Education, Work Experience & Required Certifications : Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of relevant experience, includes 3+ years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications : None
It is essential that the candidate have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to use good judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential information, be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and demonstrate a sincere respect for working with individuals from varied backgrounds in collaborative setting. The successful candidate must have excellent skills utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Normal work hours are on-site, Monday Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m., with additional evening and weekend work required as necessary for Housing and Admission events.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. Penn State does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of a staff employment Visa. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $68,200.00 - $102,300.00. Information on Penn State's salary structure
