Coty is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate. As our Marketing Coordinator, US Luxury Kylie Cosmetics, you will be responsible for supporting the US Marketing efforts for this growing and dynamic brand. We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator who will support the business across categories. You'll play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring flawless operational delivery across product launches, merchandising, and digital campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic brand environment, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Creative, and Global counterparts.

Your Main Focus

Marketing Operations & Execution

• Maintain and update the US launch calendar, ensuring all key dates and milestones are accurately tracked.
• Support the Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) in preparing 360 Launch Trackers and coordinating timelines across teams.
• Assist in compiling monthly sell-out data and market performance reports in partnership with ABM.

SKU & Forecasting Support

Merchandising & Asset Coordination

Product & Sample Management

Brand Execution Support
