General Summary :
The Coordinator, Integrated Marketing (Lifestyle) provides operational support to the Marketing Print Production team for all in store marketing efforts and campaigns. The Coordinator, Integrated Marketing assists in the coordination of various projects between the creative team, marketing team, visual merchandising, and store operations to seamlessly execute marketing plans in Aeropostale, Nautica and Lucky Brand stores
Position Responsibilities :
- Project management of creative and marketing programs including the development of briefing documents, monitoring timetables and ensuring the execution of all deliverables. Knowledge of Monday.com or other project management tools a plus.
- Supports store line and field with communication of all marketing programs and initiatives
- Works with the internal creative services team and the visual team to complete daily tasks and special projects
- Support Sr. Print Production manager to coordinate jobs with network of external vendors to ensure jobs are completed and delivered on time, using most cost effective solution. Knowledge of In-Design a plus
- Receive, evaluate and execute all local, regional and mall marketing requests.
- Ensure that all stores get requested replacement / lost marketing materials in a timely manner.
- Assist team with all incoming solicitations and investigate new business opportunities
- Manages departmental calendars and schedules for seasonal planning and execution.
- Keep updated log of each piece of collateral produced & distributed by marketing team.
- Assist in maintenance of departmental budget including monthly accruals, invoice processing and budgeting
- Prepare and report on the cross-channel analytics of marketing programs and promotions
- Provide administrative support to senior level leadership (Director, VP & SVP) as needed.
