Maintenance Worker

Primary Functions : R esponsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facilities remain in excellent condition. This role requires someone with attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Must have the ability to oversee Facility repairs and general maintenance tasks, coordinate vehicle service as well as other assigned special projects.

Performance Responsibilities :

• Experience as a maintenance technician, or in a similar maintenance role.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems (changing belts, filters etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of automobile maintenance to assist in simple routine checks and drops offs to and from service appointments, etc.

Essential Functions : Daily functions include, but are not limited to :

Hours : Monday - Friday 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. (5.5 hour work day with a half hour lunch)
