A healthcare facility in Peterborough, NH is seeking an experienced Med Surg / Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment.

Position Overview

Provide high-quality care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients

Float between units as needed

Perform vital sign assessments, injections, and vaccinations

Document care using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Weekend coverage as scheduled

Requirements

Required :

Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg / Telemetry experience

ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) current at time of submission

Ability to float to different units

EMR experience

Preferred :

Previous travel experience

BSN

PALS certification

Telemetry strip interpretation experience
