Work Type : Full Time

Shift : 1 / 8 : 00 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $30.32 - $39.42 / hour

Incentives :

  • $5,000 sign-on and $5,000 relocation incentive available for candidates located more than 50 miles away.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver Holistic Mental Health Care - Conduct thorough assessments, make accurate diagnoses, and provide effective therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups facing mental health and substance abuse issues.
  • Collaborate with a Diverse Team - Partner with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation - Ensure all clinical records comply with HIPAA , Florida mental health regulations, and professional ethical standards.
  • Grow Your Skills & Community Impact - Engage in public presentations, training sessions, and departmental consultations to enhance your knowledge and influence the community.
  • Pursue Development & Leadership Opportunities - Consider additional certification in specialized areas, mentor students, and supervise Registered Interns as a Florida-approved supervisor (if eligible).

    Requirements

    Educational Qualifications :

  • Degree Required : Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy

    • Experience :

  • Minimum Requirement : 1 Year in Medical Social Work or Therapy

    • Licensure :

  • Mental Health Counselor License - Required
  • Marriage & Family Therapist License - Required
  • Clinical Social Worker License - Required

    • Certifications :

  • BLS and CPI Certification required within 30 days of employment.

    • Location : US : FL : Fort Myers
