Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Arrowhead Consulting. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple federal government contracts, ensuring successful project delivery within specified parameters.

This position will report directly to the Company Owners and will be located in a hybrid setting in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage 10-20 federal government contracts concurrently, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors, to drive project success and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for senior federal management, providing updates on project performance, risks, and milestones.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal government regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study required.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with 8-10 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably within the federal government sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract management, including experience with contract negotiation, administration, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience briefing senior federal management on project status, risks, and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with DoD processes and procedures is preferred but not required.
  • Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools / software for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Arrowhead Consulting offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
