Hybrid – USA : The role requires a mix of days in CDK's Portland, OR office and can be worked remotely on the remaining days. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of this office.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates the activities of direct reports
• Receives guidance from manager
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
• Coordinates work activities with other managers / leaders
• Manages coordination of activities within own team, often including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and work process
• Reviews work of team members upon completion for quality, provides coaching and mentoring
• Identifies technical and operational challenges by analyzing multiple factors and / or leveraging appropriate resources
• Decision making and problem solving are largely guided by policies, procedures and departmental plans
• Provides guidance to direct reports
• Drives engineering excellence and fosters innovation
• Recommends changes to process and policies that affect immediate team
• Influences decisions through persuasion to drive consensus
• Executes ongoing goal setting, performance and development reviews according to the THRIVE process
• Defines and executes detailed technical training plans according to the workforce planning strategy and learning objectives
• Informs senior management of progress, risks related to key goals and objectives
• Collaborates across multiple areas and / or with other departments to achieve project objectives

Qualifications

Compensation

$170,000 – $200,000 base salary. Total compensation may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and / or other incentive compensation plans.
