We are seeking to fill an immediate position for Contents Processing Professional. Position Summary / Purpose Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of our cleaning, repairing, and restoration services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Follow Rainbow uniform policy
• Utilize Rainbow 17 Steps to World Class Customer Service System
• Photograph, identify, and inventory customer's contents
• Wrap, package, and label contents for transport to cleaning facility
• Unwrap, assess, and clean contents
• Identify, re-wrap, package, and label cleaned contents
• Maintain inventory of all processed contents and disposition
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Inspect completed work
• Complete daily log
