Description

UrgentVet is seeking an experienced Area Practice Manager to lead our practice teams in the METRO, STATE area. This is not your normal Practice Manager role! This position will support a group of UrgentVet hospitals in our region alongside our current Practice Managers. An Area Practice Manager role is a great opportunity for a current Practice Manager that is looking for that next step in their career to continue to develop and grow professionally without extensive or overnight travel. You will work collaboratively to help us in our mission to quickly help pets feel better!

About UrgentVet :

UrgentVet is redefining the urgent veterinary care experience by bridging the gap between general practice and emergency care. Our unwavering mission is to provide timely assistance to people and their cherished pets when they need it most. Urgency is the heartbeat of our organization, and we excel in delivering swift and compassionate care.

UrgentVet bridges the gap between daytime general practice and emergency / overnight care, offering after-hours care for canine and feline patients without the additional expense of emergency clinic fees. Our single doctor practices offer care for common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting / diarrhea, and euthanasia, and each of our paperless clinics is specially designed to deliver efficient care and equipped with cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and a full suite of IDEXX in-house lab equipment.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Veterinary Practice Manager eager to advance their career and contribute to delivering exceptional veterinary care while providing variety and challenge to your typical day-to-day.

As an Area Practice Manager, your mission is to support the hospitals in the local area, helping to lead the teams and oversee hospitals in harmony with the UrgentVet ethos, actively cultivating culture, engagement, efficiency, growth, and financial stability.
