Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the strategic direction and tactical action plans of the infrastructure / operational processes supporting national tax support teams in the initiation, planning, and structuring of complex, cross-functional efforts, including program vision, scope, and deliverables
• Give analysis and recommendations to leadership regarding operational changes that can influence the achievement of objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support execution, including monitoring progress, managing changes to scope, engaging stakeholders, and creating reports
• Participate on cross-functional national task forces and work streams as opportunities arise
• Provide communications support by drafting emails, reports, memos, and internal presentations
