Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the strategic direction and tactical action plans of the infrastructure / operational processes supporting national tax support teams in the initiation, planning, and structuring of complex, cross-functional efforts, including program vision, scope, and deliverables
- Give analysis and recommendations to leadership regarding operational changes that can influence the achievement of objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support execution, including monitoring progress, managing changes to scope, engaging stakeholders, and creating reports
- Participate on cross-functional national task forces and work streams as opportunities arise
- Provide communications support by drafting emails, reports, memos, and internal presentations
Qualifications :
Minimum seven years of recent experience in one or more business-related areas including accounting, finance, program management, or business operationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, business administration, finance, human resources, or another related fieldExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookComfortable with complexity and able to problem-solve, coupled with strong business acumen and analytical skillsCapability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and participate in complex discussions to ensure program goals are deliveredExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills requiredMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
