Position Summary
The Tax Principal will serve as a subject matter expert across partnership, corporate, and individual taxation. This role will provide technical leadership and act as a high-level reviewer of tax returns and related filings, supporting the partner group in delivering exceptional client service. The Tax Principal must have deep technical expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex tax matters with sound judgement and precision.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and CPA license with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in public accounting or equivalent professional services environment. A JD may be considered in lieu of a CPA license.
Experience with any of the following is helpful but not mandatory : Affordable Housing, LIHTC, Opportunity Zones, Renewable Energy Tax Credits, Historical Tax Credits, HUD, NMTC, Real Estate, Developers, Partnerships, CDFI, and related compliance and tax credit programs.
