With multiple locations across the United States, NPS makes towel and tissue products for the Away from Home markets in addition to specialty packaging material (both protective and insulating) for a broad assortment of retailers and customers.

HOURS :

• 5PM-5AM or 5AM-5PM   $5,000 sign-on bonus! $3 shift differential!  Job Overview This individual will be responsible for operating and ensuring the machine is running at its optimum level both safely and efficiently.  This position will monitor all physical characteristics, monitor specific tests and results, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure quality material is being manufactured with low waste.  Primary Responsibilities Have the physical ability to perform manual labor; climb; bend, etc.
• Have a good work, safety, performance, and attendance record.
• Set up machines and make necessary changes to ensure quality material is produced.
• Perform quality control tests on all materials manufactured.
• Perform roll changes, thread the machine, trouble shoot, make diameter, perforation cut, tension, and log saw adjustments.
• Responsible for cleaning the machine and work area creating a clean and safe working environment.
• Accurately complete daily production reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork.
