Outside Sales Representative Territory :

• West Texas Position : Door-to-Door Outside Sales Representative Salary: $55k + Commission - Total compensation (base + commission) can range from $55,000 - $100,000 annually Vero Fiber is focused on becoming a market leader in the fiber to the premise industry, and this position will directly impact the Company’s overall success.
• Your goal will be to help connect people and communities by offering best-in-class internet services through door-to-door solicitation of new prospective customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary driver of new revenue for the Company by actively engaging in prospecting and sales activities. Acquires new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads. Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Provide knowledge and sell Vero Fiber services to customers. Develop a deep understanding and stay current on all Company product offerings and align the correct offering with the customer based on their need. Work with marketing, business development and operational teams to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with marketing campaigns and new market expansion. Track sales activity and ensure accurate information is gathered to enable various KPIs and reporting that are regularly analyzed by management or other departments within the Company. Participate in sales strategies such as marketing campaigns, community events or conferences to that result in increasing market share. Supports team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned. Completes all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with department practice, policies, and procedures. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language is required, Spanish a plus. • Ability to work independently. JOB DETAILS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This role spends approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather, such as extreme heat or cold, rain or snow.
• This role requires the ability to talk or hear.
• This role requires frequent standing, walking, and driving to cover assigned areas, including the ability to climb stairs, inclines, and uneven paths.
• This role requires the ability to carry light portable gear, such as an iPad.

Minimal time in an office environment. Full-time, exempt position with a schedule of Tuesday – Saturday. Work location:

• West Texas Market COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The starting base salary for this role is $55,000. In addition to base salary, this role earns commission based on orders sold.
