Director Global Learning & Development

The Director Global Learning & Development leads the global learning & development team, including the development of global and regional learning strategy, program design and delivery, budget management, setting training standards, and measurement of the function's effectiveness. This role collaborates with senior business and HR leaders to gain knowledge of global and regional business strategy and learning needs to develop and deliver relevant training programs. The Director collaborates with other leaders across the Talent Function to set a holistic learning strategy.
