Our showroom features an extensive collection of natural and lab-created diamond engagement rings, earrings, bracelets, and vibrant gemstone jewelry. Each piece is hand-selected and curated to be distinctive and unusual—never the mass-produced styles found at chain jewelry stores.

Behind the scenes, our talented team includes on-site gemologists, bench jewelers, and a watch repairman, allowing us to meet every jewelry need under one roof. From appraisals and estimates to jewelry repair, custom design, engraving, and watch repair, we handle it all with precision and care.

At Faith Jewelers, our front-of-house sales associates and back-of-house craftspeople work together to create a warm, welcoming environment where customers can celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

Role Description

This is a  full-time, on-site position  located in Jacksonville, Florida. As a  Sales Associate  at Faith Jewelers, you’ll play a vital role in helping our customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. You’ll provide exceptional service, assist customers in selecting fine jewelry, process sales transactions, and help maintain the store’s elegant and inviting presentation.

We’re looking for a  results-driven, people-oriented professional  with a genuine love for jewelry and customer service. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their stories, preferences, and personalities—helping them find the perfect engagement ring, gift, or personal treasure.

Key Responsibilities

A successful member of our team will :

• Welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm, creating an inviting and comfortable shopping experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s preferences, personalities, and stories to assist in selecting meaningful pieces.
• Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to help customers make confident, informed decisions.
• Build lasting rapport and trust with customers to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals while supporting the store’s overall success.
• Stay current on jewelry trends, gemstone knowledge, and diamond education to provide knowledgeable guidance.
• Maintain the visual aesthetics of the store and displays to uphold a luxurious, polished ambiance.

Training & Support

We provide comprehensive training on our point-of-sale system, product knowledge, and best practices for customer service and sales. You’ll receive hands-on guidance to ensure you feel confident and supported as you grow within our team.
