State Licensed Managing Counsel

A company is looking for a Managing Counsel, Privacy & AI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Company's privacy compliance program and manage a team of legal privacy experts

Guide the development of the Company's AI program to address evolving privacy requirements

Provide strategic counsel to Government Affairs and develop training on privacy and AI issues

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction

12+ years of legal practice, including 5+ years on privacy-related issues and 2+ years on AI matters

2+ years of management experience with proven leadership skills

Subject matter expertise in healthcare and consumer privacy and AI laws

Ability to build strong partnerships with business leadership and legal peers
