Corporate Counsel - State Licensed

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support and advice across various business lines, focusing on commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with customers, vendors, and other business partners

Provide legal advice on compliance with medical device regulations and develop corporate policies

Assist the General Counsel with data privacy policies and conduct legal research as needed

Required Qualifications

Law degree from an accredited law school

Licensure to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

4-6 years of commercial and regulatory legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

Experience with data privacy and medical device regulations

Demonstrated contract drafting and negotiation skills
