Location: Portland, Oregon
Position Type: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross: $2,000–$2,100
We are actively seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a healthcare facility in Portland, Oregon for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on functional needs and goals

Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence with ADLs

Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to enhance patient safety and function

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and adaptive strategies

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by facility)

SNF experience preferred but not required
-
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
