About this role :

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at MoeGo, you'll work closely with hiring managers and play a pivotal role in attracting and acquiring great talent into the organization.

In this role, you also get to build the organization's basic foundations of the Talent Acquisition function and scale it as the company grows.

You'll own the entire candidate experience.

This is a high-profile role. You'll need to understand the business, the products, and talent acquisition needs and do so by conducting in-depth assessments of the hiring manager's team.

You'll provide consultative guidance, and create points of view, and recommendations.

Are you the perfect fit?

• 5-10+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong preference in the tech industry. SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments and act as an extension of the business to all candidates.
• Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate hiring manager needs and ask the right questions
• Creative candidate sourcing
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely scrappy and enjoys thriving in ambiguous environments
• Team player
• Willingness to learn and get better
• Wants to be coached and mentored
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
