Maintenance Technician I Job Highlights :

• Shift : 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
• Rotating On Call
• Pay Rate : $22-26 p / h based on years of experience

About the job :

The Maintenance Tech I is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property. Responsible for preventive maintenance, painting, and repairs inside and outside the property to provide a safe, attractive and orderly environment for the benefit, and use enjoyment protection of residents, staff, and visitors. This is an entry-level position.
