Generating monthly sales through outbound cold calling, the full-time Outbound Sales Representative will focus on acquiring new small and medium business clients and managing the sales pipeline in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Meet and exceed sales goals while managing customer relationships through effective communication and organization Prepare sales documentation and collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customer solutions Assist customers digitally via chat to complete transactions and provide feedback on new products and systems Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales Strong understanding of CRM pipeline management Experience in cold calling and lead generation Basic proficiency in Excel and technical product knowledge
