Patient Care Coordinator

Passionate about healthcare, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator will support patients by managing inbound calls, assisting with insurance inquiries, and providing triage support in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members to address healthcare needs Assist members with understanding their health insurance and managing urgent situations Provide 24/7 triage support and prioritize cases for Registered Nurse follow-up Required qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Healthcare experience in roles such as medical front office, PBX/911 operator, or nursing assistant Strong computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word Ability to work mid-day and night shifts with alternating days off Must provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
