Seeking a talented and visionary Associate Creative Director, Copy, the full-time position will manage concept and copy development across various projects, collaborate with creative teams, and serve as the brand voice owner while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the creative team in developing compelling narratives and concepts for diverse projects Act as a liaison between senior creative and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and creative alignment Provide mentorship and career guidance to the copy team to promote professional growth Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field Experience writing for both HCP and DTC audiences; rare disease experience is a plus AOR experience is preferred
