Thriving Civil Litigation Trial Firm has an immediate opening for a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with 6+ years of experience. This Paralegal role will involve essential support to attorneys, managing discovery workflow, trial preparation and filings in state and federal courts.

We offer a competitive salary + benefits including health insurance, 401k with company matching, annual bonus.


Requirements


  • Must have minimum 6 years of experience working as a Paralegal.
  • Must have experience in drafting discovery requests and responses
  • Must be familiar with procedures and rules for Court filings
  • Must have experience is Trial Preparation including exhibits, trial preparation and logistics
  • Must have excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills
