or Our Inside Sales Managers are vital in the growth and development of Fox Pest Controls Inside Sales Team. We are looking for individuals that have a strong background in leadership with the passion to serve and help others grow.

The Position

We are looking for a full time Sales Manager for our upcoming Inside Sales department in Rexburg, Idaho. Both leadership and sales experience are crucial to success in this role, and 3+ years of sales management experience is strongly preferred.

A day in the Life of a Inside Sales Manager

  • Create an excellent growth experience for our reps, explosive growth in revenue, and stellar customer relationships.
  • Exemplify Foxs Core Values and be the Chief Encourager of your team
  • Regular analysis of teams numbers and appropriate follow up and development of great as well as poor performers on your team
  • Pull calls, role play, and instill good principles on all members of the team
  • Be an excellent closer and top producer who leads by example
  • Show by example the rewards reaped through intense work ethic and focus, efficient sales processes, number of calls and other efforts to produce maximal sales opportunities
  • People development - continuously helping to harvest experiences and set goals for personal growth of the members of your team outside of work as well as within the workplace
  • Personal leadership growth - continual self-reflection and striving to develop ones capacity to effectively influence the team.

This will include personal study of personal development materials, goal-setting, and consistent focus on achieving personal vision for growth

  • Complete and collaborate ongoing and temporary projects as assigned by VP of Inside Sales
  • Exemplify good communication and organization to maintain a top notch perception of sales in all other departments
