To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Supportive Care Specialist will facilitate clinical and supportive care services by managing patient appointments, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Schedules and confirms patient appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and communication Utilizes electronic medical records (EMR) and other tools to manage patient data and reports Acts as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, addressing non-clinical requests and concerns Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Three years of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting, with oncology knowledge preferred Previous customer service experience Proficiency in MS Office applications Valid state Driver's License with compliance to safety operations policies
