Principal Product Manager, AI

Hands-on and innovative, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI will create and deliver AI-first product capabilities for customers, translating complex problems into actionable product requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the development of AI product capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives Define and refine product requirements, incorporating AI principles and performance metrics to enhance product quality and reliability Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through product discovery, launch, and iteration, driving measurable outcomes Required qualifications Minimum of six years of relevant product management experience with a proven track record in owning multi-quarter roadmaps At least two years of direct experience in AI, including system design and development Strong understanding of AI product quality, reliability, and the impact of performance trade-offs on user trust Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations with excellent product leadership fundamentals Experience in applying responsible AI principles and maintaining fluency in modern AI/ML concepts
