Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our IT team in LaVergne, Tennessee. In this role, you will manage and maintain Windows servers, Office 365, Jira Ticketing, and Intune implementation and eventual Azure Cloud migration, while ensuring system security and optimal performance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization and support key infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of server and network infrastructures.

Administer Windows servers and manage the Office 365 platform to ensure seamless operations.

Configure and support Windows systems and associated software to meet organizational needs.

Enforce security policies and manage system configurations using Intune and Azure Cloud.

Provide technical support to resolve hardware and software issues experienced by users.

Monitor server systems to ensure efficiency and address performance concerns.

Manage the setup and operation of client-based computer operating systems.

Perform regular system audits and verify data backups to maintain system integrity.

Respond promptly to help desk requests and ensure timely issue resolution.

Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and backup procedures to safeguard critical data.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator managing Windows Server environments, including Office 365, Intune, and Azure Cloud.

Strong understanding of system security, data backup, and recovery processes.

Proficiency in scripting languages to automate system tasks.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Experience with databases and networks, including relevant technologies.

Familiarity with cloud and virtualization platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

Certifications such as Windows Server 2016 or Core Infrastructure are a plus.
