Maintenance Supervisor | Full-Time | Centennial Yards

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor performs custodial functions and light mechanical maintenance to maintain facility appearance. The role pays an hourly rate of $20.00–$21.00.

This position will remain open until December 12, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Regular site housekeeping and unsafe hazard inspections
• Takes corrective action to address any conditions that are not acceptable
• Changes light bulbs as appropriate
• Responds immediately to any spills
• Empties trash receptacles
• Performs light mechanical maintenance
• Ability to perform significant amount of physical activity including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, moving various items, and shoveling snow
• Reports safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to a manager
• Cleans hanging signs and dusts overhead pipes
• Maintains and reports inventory of supplies
• Completes the Employee Daily Checklist and addresses unsatisfactory remarks
• All other duties as may be assigned based on operational needs
