Managing a customer advocacy and references program, the full-time Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager will capture customer stories through various content formats and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and adoption of enterprise technology solutions. Key responsibilities Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to identify and develop customer success stories Manage a content calendar and coordinate customer interviews while ensuring alignment with storytelling standards Analyze content performance and program metrics to recommend improvements and prioritize future storytelling opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer advocacy, public relations, or content marketing Experience in creating and managing content with cross-functional stakeholders Strong understanding of AI and generative AI technologies in enterprise environments Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners
