Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, S corporation, and trusts/estate returns. Manage multiple client engagements from planning through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to tax related questions and providing proactive guidance. Research federal, state, and local tax issues and provide clear, well-supported recommendations. Assist with tax planning strategies and identify opportunities to minimize client tax liabilities. Review work prepared by junior staff and provide coaching and feedback to support their development. Collaborate with managers and partners on client deliverables and workflow management during busy seasons. Stay current on tax law changes and apply updates appropriately across engagements. Qualifications 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience. Strong experience preparing and reviewing tax returns across multiple entity types. CPA license preferred or actively pursuing.
