Licensed Claims Adjuster

To support a growing team, the remote contract Licensed Claims Adjuster will guide customers through the claims process with empathy and accuracy, adjusting assigned claims and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities Adjust assigned desk claim files through resolution in accordance with claims-handling regulations and program guidelines Request appraisals, estimates, and reports to assist in the investigation of claims Communicate with customers via their preferred channels and issue payments as owed under the policy contract Required qualifications At least 2 years of experience adjusting P&C Insurance claims Possession of a valid adjuster license Experience in homeowners, condo, or landlord insurance Extensive knowledge of standard claims practices and processes Above average computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
