VP Global Marketing

The VP Global Marketing is responsible for leading our global marketing initiatives and maintaining a highly differentiated and sustainable competitive advantage. This pivotal role drives brand recognition, thought leadership, and customer engagement, while generating above-market revenue growth across all businesses and regions. A key focus of this role is the strategic leadership and execution of digital marketing, ensuring innovative, data-driven approaches that enhance our online presence, optimize customer journeys, and deliver measurable impact. Success requires forward-thinking strategies, strong cross-functional alignment, and excellence in execution across both traditional and digital channels.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Strategic Marketing Leadership : Develop and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead digital transformation initiatives to ensure cutting-edge marketing practices. Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all platforms.
• Performance Marketing & Growth : Lead a team that develops and implements innovative marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and accelerate commercial success through complete customer solutions. Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention campaigns. Manage and optimize paid media, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing programs. Analyze customer journeys and enhance conversion rates through UX, personalization, and content optimization.
• Digital Ecosystem Management : Lead the evolution of our digital marketing strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility. Oversee website strategy, content management, and e-commerce initiatives. Manage social media and influencer marketing to strengthen audience engagement. Ensure marketing automation, CRM integration, and tech stack optimization.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Establish KPIs and dashboards for digital performance tracking. Use analytics to inform strategy, identify trends, and drive ROI.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development : Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Influence : Partner effectively with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing strategies with business priorities, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable impact across all regions.
