Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides clinical support and performs clerical duties for the department in order to obtain the appropriate information to verify patient identity. Responsibilities Maintains patient charts and files documents as necessary. Requests, retrieves, and sends medical records. Provides support in the patient care process Performs general office and clerical duties.
