To support a high-volume customer service environment, the full-time Clinical Administrative Coordinator will process release of information requests, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and maintain positive customer relations while working remotely in Arizona. Key responsibilities Process all release of information (ROI) requests, ensuring timely and accurate handling of medical records and billing requests Engage in direct customer service, promoting positive relations and providing feedback on invalid requests for protected health information (PHI) Maintain knowledge of state laws and hospital policies related to ROI while safeguarding patient privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older Experience with Release of Information (ROI) and medical record releases Experience working within the healthcare industry Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday with flexibility for shift schedules and occasional overtime
