Purchasing & Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Receive, inspect, tag, and store incoming materials.
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Pull and stage parts for work orders; process returns.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reorder as needed.
  • Operate material handling equipment and support process improvements.

    • Ideal candidate :

  • Computer skills and ability to learn inventory or ERP software
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliability and ability to work independently and as part of a team
