Known for its vibrant atmosphere and high standards of execution, Cannonball delivers a refined dining experience where quality, presentation, and teamwork matter. Your Role at Cannonball As a Bartender, you play a central role in delivering Cannonballs world-class beverage experience. You craft specialty drinks, engage with guests, and ensure the bar operates efficiently and professionally. Your knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, polished presence, and attentiveness help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment. What Youll Be Doing Guest Engagement & Experience Greet patrons promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environmentTake drink orders, make recommendations, and provide guidance on menu offeringsEnsure guests enjoy their drinks and overall experience, proactively addressing concernsEducate guests on beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails, including tasting notes, pairings, and preparation techniquesMonitor guests alcohol intake, intervening as necessary in accordance with RBS standards and local laws Drink Preparation & Service Craft a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and guest preferencesGarnish drinks appropriately and maintain consistent presentation for all menu itemsCoordinate with servers and food runners to ensure timely and seamless food and drink deliveryAdjust service for high-volume periods, large parties, and special events while maintaining world-class standards Bar Operations & Inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including garnishes, glassware, mixers, and iceMonitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with receiving and tracking alcohol shipmentsChange kegs and CO2 tanks as needed, troubleshoot minor bar equipment issues, and report maintenance concerns promptlyFollow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol-service policies Team Collaboration & Training Work seamlessly with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operationsAssist in training new bar team members and model elevated service standardsSupport fellow team members during peak periods or as neededPerform other duties as assigned and trained to support overall restaurant operations Who You Are Passionate about crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding guest experiencesKnowledgeable in beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails with strong drink preparation skillsFriendly, professional, and polished, able to engage with guests in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume service with composureA team player who communicates clearly, supports others, and contributes to a positive work environmentReliable, proactive, and ready to deliver memorable moments for every guest Belmont Park LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
