Your Role as a Salon Manager:
You'll lead by example-balancing your time between cutting on the floor, coaching and developing your team, and managing the day-to-day operations of the salon. This is your store to lead! You'll also play a vital role in growing the business through behind-the-chair marketing, community involvement, local events, and by creating and managing engaging content for our social media platforms.
Pay:
Our salon managers typically average $22 - $35+ per hour including base pay, tips and incentives!
