Program Director of Women's Residential Treatment Services Hours: One weekend a month, two late days (11:00 am–7:00 pm), three days (9:00 am–5:00 pm) Location: Travel required to Paterson, Paramus, Secaucus Pay: $75,000–$80,000 per year; on‑call responsibilities included. Job Summary: Ensure that the Women’s Residential Treatment program provides consistent, high‑quality care aligned with Straight & Narrow’s philosophy. Oversee the Continuous Quality Improvement program, long‑term program planning, compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies, and maintain program effectiveness for staff and clients. Stay on call as required. Qualifications 5 years of experience in an administrative and clinical capacity. Licensed Clinical Advanced Direct Care (LCADC) with a master’s degree in social services and/or psychology (required). Dual licensing preferred; experience with medically managed programs and co‑occurring disorders. Ability to represent Straight & Narrow to funding agencies, other providers, the Board of Directors, Diocesan personnel, and the community in a professional manner. Ability to recognize emerging treatment needs and develop action plans. In‑depth knowledge of prevailing standards and best practices. Strong time‑management, crisis‑management, and Microsoft Office skills; proficiency in electronic health records and NJSAMS required.
