Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Medical Claims Analyst will manage the intake processing and triage of initial claim documents, including referral processing and payment calculations, while ensuring compliance with established productivity and quality standards. Key responsibilities Provide expertise in reviewing, researching, and processing claims, including adjustments and negotiations Analyze trends and generate reports as necessary to support claims processing Consistently meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards in a high-volume environment Required qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience At least 1 year of experience in an office or customer service environment using phones and computers Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work Monday - Friday from 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM MST Must be 18 years of age or older
