What You’ll Do

As an OPS Clerical Assistant , the day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the correct staff, and take messages when needed.
• Help with mail distribution by sorting incoming mail.
• Assist department staff with routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, organizing supplies, and updating bulletin boards.
• Assist with data entry, preparing materials for classes or meetings, and maintaining organized workspaces.
• Assist with even preparation for special events and trainings.
