If you're passionate about renewable energy and have a strong background in solar installations, we want you on our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry and a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of solar installers, ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include :

• Overseeing all aspects of solar installation projects, from planning to execution and final inspection.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations.
• Training and mentoring team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• Managing materials and inventory, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available for each project.
• Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the installation process.
• Conducting quality control inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
