Job Summary :

The Lifecycle Services- Sales Engineer is responsible for combining technical cleanroom services knowledge while generating leads, prospecting, and selling our services to businesses.

This role provides advice and support while identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical construction services acumen, communication, negotiation, and sales skills to drive revenue and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

  • Identify potential clients and industries for sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.

Technical Expertise :

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, functionalities, and applications.
  • Present our products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner. Provide technical guidance during the sales process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with prospective clients and explain features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Address client inquiries and objections effectively to move prospects through the sales pipeline.

Relationship Building and Account Management :

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on client objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and assistance.

Sales Negotiation and Closure :

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of services.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting :

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management or Construction Management (preferred)
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Working Conditions :

  • This role will involve a combination of office work, remote work, and up to 70% travel to customer sites.
  • Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate client schedules and time zones.
  • The position may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines or attend events.
