We are currently looking for a Full-Time Patient Access Coordinator to join our Hospital Outpatient Department.

As the Patient Access Coordinator, you will interface with patients and families, physicians and staff. This will entail a variety of tasks including :

• Admit patients and process their paperwork.
• Enter patient demographics / information in system.
• Collect monies due and document in billing system. Handle funds per office procedure.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Authorized to access medication storage areas for the purpose of performing patient registration, clerical functions, and other related duties as assigned.
• Floats to different patient access areas as needed or as assigned.
