This role was added due to the company's continued expansion and increased financial complexitymaking it a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, future-focused organization at a pivotal time. As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in enhancing the accounting function, supporting new business initiatives, and helping build scalable processes to sustain long-term growth. You'll work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple entities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results across entities.
• Ensure intercompany transactions and balances are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies across all entities.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Manage the fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and transfers.
• Maintain fixed asset subledger and reconcile it to the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly fixed asset roll-forward and depreciation schedules.
• Maintain lease records and ensure accurate accounting in accordance with ASC 842.
• Coordinate with real estate, legal, and operations teams to obtain and interpret lease agreements.
