Job description
Driving digital marketing strategy and execution, the remote Senior Director of Digital Marketing will manage a team focused on web, paid media, and lifecycle marketing to enhance customer growth and revenue across the organization. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the digital marketing strategy, ensuring measurable impact across all stages of the funnel Lead a multi-disciplinary team in web growth, paid media, and lifecycle marketing, optimizing performance and investment Partner with cross-functional teams to build a data-driven revenue marketing engine and report on digital performance to executive stakeholders Required qualifications 12+ years of digital marketing experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or subscription-based software 5+ years of experience in people management, building and scaling digital marketing teams Expertise in paid media strategy with hands-on experience managing significant budgets across various channels Proven experience in web and organic growth strategy, including SEO and conversion rate optimization Ability to translate digital marketing data into executive-ready insights and recommendations
